EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTION

The machine can manufacture all the kinds of syringes, including luer slip type, luerlock type and partial head type.With safety hood and detecting system.
Main working process:
Automatic feeding and printing for barrel.Inspecting printed effect,eliminating defective products.Inspecting inside of barrel, eliminating defective products with foreign matter,yellow spot, black spot etc.
Automatic oil injection for qualified products.
All the parts of syringe automatic feeding and assembling.
Assembly inspection at exit,eliminating no needles,no gaskets,no plungers etc.
Products outlet can be connected with packing machine.
The complete equipment, including printing machine, detecting system, assembly ma-chine, each controlled by respective and independent PLC. The three parts not onlymutually independent (one needs maintenance, others still work), but also connectedany material shortage of one machine could stop the equipment running).
The components that contacting with products have employed stainless steel (SUS304),Nylon(MC), appropriative conveyer belts for food production made by FDA-approvedcompany, and other parts of the machine have been processed through antiseptictreatment. The welds and joints are smooth with aesthetic appearance.
